Our facial plastic surgeon’s office is located in the heart of New York City, in Manhattan, at the NYU Medical Center, Elevator F, Suite 7U. Dr. Constantinides operates in Tisch Hospital’s Day Surgery Unit, in the Murray Hill Care Center, Inc. (his JCAHO-accredited in-office operating room), and at several accredited facilities around Manhattan. The JCAHO, or Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, accredits facilities that have demonstrated the highest standards in patient safety and care.

Overnight stays may be arranged at a near-by hotel or even in the Medical Center, as the need arises. The staff at our facial plastic surgeon’s office can assist you with finding accommodations in Manhattan or New York City, near our practice, if you are traveling from a distance.

• Take the Number 6 to 33rd Street (at Park Avenue South).
• From there, walk East to First Avenue.
• The office is just North of 30th Street on the East Side of First Ave.

From LaGuardia Airport

• Take the Grand Central Parkway East to the Triboro Bridge into Manhattan
• Take the FDR Drive south to the 34th Street Exit.
• Take a right onto 34th Street, go through the light at first Avenue, then take a left onto Second Avenue.
• Turn Left at 30th Street, then left again on First Avenue.

From JFK Airport and Long Island

• Take the Van Wyck Expressway to the Long Island Expressway West.
• Pass through the Midtown Tunnel.
• Turn left on Second Avenue.
• Turn left at 30th Street, then left again on First Avenue.

From Newark Airport and New Jersey

• Take the new Jersey Turnpike (95) North over the George Washington Bridge.
• Exit onto the Major Deegan Expressway south.
• Cross the Triboro Bridge into Manhattan
• Take the FDR Drive south to the 34th Street Exit.
• Take a right onto 34th Street, go through the light at First Avenue, then take a left onto Second Avenue.
• Turn left at 30th Street, then left again on First Avenue.

From Westchester

• Take the New York State Thruway (87) South to the Major Deegan Expressway.
• Cross the Triboro Bridge into Manhattan
• Take the FDR Drive south to the 34th Street Exit.
• Take a right onto 34th Street, go through the light at First Avenue, then take a left onto Second Avenue.
• Turn left at 30th Street, then left again on First Avenue.

Parking is conveniently located just before the main entrance of NYU Medical Center on the right, or immediately across the street on the left.
