Case 3: Chin Implant

This 58 year-old woman wanted improvement not only in her jaw line, but throughout her whole face. She had a deep plane face lift, that includes a neck lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid lifts), forehead lift, and a chin implant in Manhattan, New York City plastic surgery practice of Dr. Minas Constantinides. Notice that before surgery, the chin is small and the aging effects on the neck are worse. The small chin allows a more severe early descent of the muscles of the neck (platysma).
