Facelift Neck Lift Case 6: Facelift

This 65 year old woman had a previous facelift in 2005. Now, she wishes additional improvement in her neck, jawline and midface. She does not want eyelid surgery. Preoperatively, she has severe wrinkling and laxity of her neck, jowling around her mouth and neckline, and midface droopiness. Postoperatively, after her deep plane facelift and neck lift by Dr. Constantinides, her midface improved, lifting her fat up into her cheeks and adding volume there. Her jowling is gone and her neck is much smoother. Even when looking down, her neck skin does not fold and wrinkle like it had preoperatively. The biggest challenge in her surgery was to tighten her lower neck skin. Dr. Constantinides managed to tighten her entire neck, down to her collar bones, with his deep plane facelift and neck lift. She also had PermaLip lip implants placed for her thinning upper and lower lips.
