Case 8: Revision Rhinoplasty
28 year old woman had primary rhinoplasty 9 years earlier in Allentown, PA because of 3 previous nasal fractures. After the swelling came down, her nose was still crooked. Dr. Constantinides performed revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty with bilateral spreader grafts, vertical dome division with overlap to deproject her tip, and used crushed cartilage to soften the contours of her tip due to her very thin skin.
