Revision Rhinoplasty Case 1: Revision Rhinoplasty

This 47 year old woman struck her nose on the steering wheel of her car during a care accident 25 years ago. At the time she had a nasal fracture repair, but developed chronic nasal obstruction, sinusitis, and still had a crooked nose. Dr. Constantinides surgery included a revision nasal and septal fracture repair, including bilateral spreader grafts and a soft cartilage onlay graft onto her left nasal side wall. Her tip was modified to create a more pleasing relationship with the rest of the nose and the upper lip. In her postoperative views see how well her nose straightened, and how her nostril shape improved. Most importantly, her nose now fits her face better, with more attention drawn to her eyes.
