Revision Rhinoplasty Case: Revision Rhinoplasty

This 34 year old NYC woman had a primary rhinoplasty by another surgeon that changed the way her eyes and smile looked. Dr. Constantinides removed the dorsal portion of a large Medpore implant and replaced it with diced cartilage wrapped with temporalis fascia. This new implant was completely natural in its composition and in how it feels postoperatively, unlike the rock-hard Medpore implant. Most importantly, she looks more like her old self, just better. Dr. Constantinides also performed alar base reductions that narrowed her nostrils a bit more, but still leave her looking natural.
