Primary Female Rhinoplasty: Rhinoplasty

This patient had a wide, bulbous tip with very thin skin. Her soft triangles, where the nostrils meet the tip cartilages, were too deep, casting dark shadows in pictures. The wide tip blended with her wide bridge, making her whole nose look too wide for her face. After successful rhinoplasty by Dr. Constantinides, the nose is much more narrow and refined looking. One part of the nose flows naturally to the next.
