Primary Rhinoplasty 2: Rhinoplasty
This 38 year old woman would continuously wear glasses to hide the large hump on her nose. She hoped for a more elegant nose with a smaller hump. She also had nasal obstruction severe and bilateral. The postop views are 1.5 years after surgery by Dr. Constantinides. Her nose looks great, and she can breathe easily after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty and septoplasty. The upper lateral cartilages have been stabilized with spreader grafts and the tip is smaller and more elegant, although her thick skin prevented a very sculpted tip. Look how much more you see her whole face and her eyes after her rhinoplasty.
