ALISON: The staff here in the office is very warm and welcoming. They make sure that they're always taking care of all the patients needs and just making sure that they really do feel like they're welcome and that they're as important to us as we are to them.

And we're just very, very friendly, I would say. It’s just like a family. We try and make it a family with the patients as well as, you know, with us here as a group working together.

LINDSEY: There are so many surgeons out there. And a part of my job is, if you're calling and you're confused, you don’t know if you want to come in. You don’t know if you want this procedure.

You really want somebody to help you over the phone in that initial phone call saying this is why you should come in. It’s going to make a difference, and he’s really just going to care about you as a person, not just the outcome.

He wants your surgery, your injectable, your experience with the practice to be a positive one and to really, you know, help you move on with your life.

MS. MELISSA CONSMS. MELISSA CONSTANTINIDES:I think he’s really good at what he does because, you know, he thinks about the whole patient, everything. It’s not just about the surgery. It’s not just about wanting to do something.

It’s really about creating an experience for the patient from the inside out. He asks patients a lot of questions about who they are, what they want for themselves in the future. It’s not really about just doing this and sending them out the door.
